Get called uptight when i throw a party so come up with a solution and that’s not good enough. Well fuck me!
My favorite simpsons moment
Lol Ralph is my absolute favourite in the Simpsons
Me on Friday. Me at cheesy pop. Cool.
Finally feel human again after the big party on Friday, the booze was free and flowing…..A LOT!! It was great and I only spent taxi money woo!
Watching Come Dine With Me just now and there’s a guy with lots of tattoos and piercings and seems like he was getting judged based on it, and it just reminded me how I felt on Friday and generally most of the time in work.
Now I work for a posh hotel brand but given that I don’t work in the hotels, I didn’t think being common as muck (which I am made to feel like) would be a problem but it definetly means I do not fit in. Most of the people are nice enough, they aren’t people I want to be friends with but it would be nice to fit in to the work atmosphere.
So at this party, I spoke to 3 people basically the whole night. I don’t know how many times I might have said to these 3 that they are my favourite people in the office, because they are. They, like me, don’t fit in with the general group in the office and they aren’t fake and I do genuinely like them.
I tried speaking with other folk but they weren’t bothered really, it’s things like this that make me feel like I am boring.
Not only that but I was also made to feel like I HAD to wear a dress. This might not seem like a big deal to most people but it really was to me. I do not wear dresses, I don’t feel comfortable in them and I am so angry with myself for going along with these silly people and their “rules” to look nice at this party. I felt so uncomfortable the whole night and did not feel pretty at any point, to be honest though I probably cared less with the more booze I had!!
The party was fun and like I said, speaking with those 3 people was great and good to know that one in particular has the same opinions as me regarding other people, feel less crazy! I don’t mind there being cliques of groups, I just choose not to be part of one because it doesn’t give a nice atmosphere and quite frankly makes you appear like a rude person particularly to new people that might not be into the same things that the general group appear to like.
I like my job, I really do but the people have kind of put me off it and I don’t know if I will stay there longer than I have to, it’s not nice feeling like a complete outsider ALL of the time.
There’s someone on my facebook, who I met at uni, who has actually posted a picture of a big turd they done (swimming in the toilet pan) stating “this should make a difference to my weigh in tomorrow”.
Boging. Completely disgusting. Delete! Nasty!
What the actual hell!
Keep that business to yourself you nasty girl. Not funny!
Its not cool. But this did make me howl!
Pretty sure social networks weren’t made for shit.
